How monthly rates work here
Confirmed reservations of 28+ nights automatically get the monthly discount applied at checkout — usually 30–50% off the per-night rate depending on the season and apartment.
Stays of 60 or 90 nights get further discounting. The exact percentage shows on the booking page when you set check-in and checkout dates that span the threshold.

Who picks monthly stays vs. signing a residential lease
Anyone whose plans aren't locked in for a full year. New arrivals waiting for their Emirates ID before they can sign a tenancy contract. Companies relocating staff in batches. Remote workers spending a Dubai winter while their home country is dark and cold.
The math: a one-year unfurnished lease in Downtown averages AED 130k–250k for a 1BR + chequed payments + DEWA setup + furniture. A monthly serviced stay is one card payment per month, fully furnished, all bills in, cancel anytime.
What "fully furnished" actually covers
Bedroom: bed with hotel-grade linens, blackout curtains, wardrobe, bedside lamps. Living: sofa, coffee table, dining table for 4–6, smart TV with Netflix login. Kitchen: full crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.
Bathroom: towels, hairdryer, full-size toiletries restocked weekly. Office: desk + chair in most layouts (request specifically when booking if you need one).
Working from the apartment
Fibre internet (100 Mbps+) is included and unfiltered. Most apartments have a dedicated desk; the dining table doubles as a second workspace when you need a screen. Power: UAE 220V, type-G (UK-style) plugs.
If you need a quiet meeting room a few times a week, Lofts is about a 8-minute walk from The Dubai Mall, which has multiple bookable WeWork/Letswork spots, and the Address Hotel lobby is a popular informal work café.
Address registration and visa
If your employer needs your residence proof for visa purposes, we can issue a stay confirmation letter on request. For Ejari, the apartment is licensed as a holiday home (not a residential lease), so it cannot be used to register a residential Ejari — speak to your PRO if Ejari is required.
Logistics on day 1 and day 30
Day 1: check-in from 3pm, keys at concierge, full apartment tour by message or in-person. Day 30 (or extension): confirm extension at least 7 days before checkout to lock the next month's rate. Move-out: leave keys with concierge by 11am, deposit released within 48 hours.
