About The Lofts Central
The Lofts Central is the middle tower of the three Lofts buildings and the last to hand over (2011). It carries the most balanced inventory across the development: a healthy mix of 1- and 2-bedroom flats alongside the signature duplex lofts found across the cluster. Central's position between East and West towers gives it a quieter sound profile than East but a slightly less direct view than the boulevard-facing tower.

The Lofts Central stands between East and West, with its main aspect rotated to face the central podium. Burj Khalifa is visible from the boulevard-side apartments from level 12 upwards, and the west-facing units look out across Business Bay. The shared podium between the three Lofts towers includes the pool and gym and connects all three lobbies. The Dubai Mall is a 9-minute walk via the back of East Tower.
